At the centre of all the work we do is fundraising.
Without fundraising we cannot complete the project of recording, preserving and relating the stories of all those involved with, or impacted by, Bomber Command during the Second World War.
For over 70 years the men and women who put their lives on the line whilst serving Bomber Command in WW2, to protect the freedom we enjoy today, have been unrecognised.
The International Bomber Command Centre will address this by serving as a focus for recognition, remembrance and reconciliation, telling the story, from all sides, of those who served, suffered and supported.
The unit suffered the highest losses of any during the War with only 28% returning unscathed. Help us recognise their contribution and bravery by supporting the IBCC
Search our losses database
The IBCC Losses Database records the details of 57,871 Bomber Command deaths during WWII. It provides one of the most comprehensive record of these losses in the world. Enter a surname followed by initials - for example SMITH or SMITH JL
BECOME A FUNDRAISER
Marathons, assault course runs and other fun events help us not only raise much needed funds, but also further spreads the message of IBCC and the work we do as a charity. We have a dedicated group of volunteers who put in great efforts when it comes to fundraising – so why not join them and have some fun whilst raising money for a great cause at the same time?
